Report area abnormalities, generate notification to address issues with SAP ERP or Infor.

Conducted vibration data collection offline CSI 2140 & online (DMM), analysis for 400+ machines. Monitor machine condition with DCS system

Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive strategy such as RCA. RCM & FMECA for preventing rotating equipment failures, leading to an increase in overall equipment uptime.

Evaluate machinery health and condition of all types of rotating equipment, through detailed analysis of vibration data with support tools such as ultrasound, endoscopes. Stroboscope & thermal camera.
