Role Overview

The Business Development Intern will support Global Kerja’s expansion initiatives by assisting in market research, partnership outreach, and proposal development. This role offers hands-on exposure to international business operations, strategic planning, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities.
• Partnership Outreach: Assist in identifying and contacting prospective partners, clients, and institutions.
• Proposal Development: Draft presentations, proposals, and business plans for new initiatives.
• Campaign Support: Contribute to marketing and outreach campaigns, including bilingual (English–Bahasa Indonesia) materials.
• Data Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on business development activities and outcomes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with operations, IT, and education teams to align business goals with organizational strategy.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
• Interest in international business, career development, and partnership building.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
