• Familiar with Ethylene Plant especially in Cold Section licensed by Kellog Brown & Root (KBR) about control phylosophy, interlock, Start Up/
Shutdown plant.
• Familiar with equipment in Ethylene Plant especially in cold section such as Turbine Compressor, Expander-Recompressor, Cryogenic Pump, Hot
Well Pump, Reboiler, Distillation Tower, Dehydration Unit (Dryer), Arsine Removal, Caustic Wash Tower (CO2 and H2S Removal), Cold Box
(Main Cyrogenic Heat Exchanger) and Pressure Swing Adsorber
• Involved Pre-commisioning activity such as Walkdown Piping and Equipment, Flushing, Hydrotest, Pneumatic Test, Loop Test, Function Test, Steam
blowing, Dryout and N2 Sealling Vessel.
• Check installation of item such as Valves, Check Valves, Steam Traps, Strainers, Blind according from the P&ID and 3D Model.
• Involved in internal tower inspection especially in Debutanizer
• Involved in Emergency response team

Monitor and Controlled Hydrogen production unit such as (Compressor, Desulfurizer, Reformer, High Temperature Shift Converter, PSA)
• Monitor and Controlled production data such as pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow etc.
• Involved Pre-commisioning activity such as walkdown piping and equipment, Flushing, Hydrotest, Pneumatic Test, loop Test, Steam Blowing,
Passivation.
• Involved Check installation of item such as valves, check valves, steam traps, Strainers, Blind according from the P&ID and 3D Model.

• Operate and controlled Fatty Alcohol & Hydrogen production unit such as (Wax Ester Preparation, Wax ester Hydrogenation, Fractination and
Distillation, Carbonyl Conversion and Hydrogen Generation Plant) in accordance with SOP
• Inspecting equipment to ensure that it is working properly and taking measures to prevent accidents.
• Checks and record in the log sheet plant reading such as Gas Flow Temperature and Pressure, Oil Fuid Level Flow, Electricity, Utility and record
activity to supervisor
• Maintaining equipment such as pumps, compressor, motors, pipes, valves, gauges, and meters to ensure that it is working properly
• Handle Process Start Up and Shutdown plant activity
• Ensuring the safety of maintenance activity before executing repairment (LOTO, PTW).
• Ensuring thats all safety procedure are followed to prevent accident.
