Responsibilities:
• Assessed the integrity of storage tank on existing plant.
• Assessed the integrity piping system on existing plant.
• Assessed the integrity of boiler system on existing plant.
Client : QAFCO at Mesaieed-Qatar. Piping and static equipment inspection as per client requirement.
Classification: Plant / Mechanical / Piping Inspector.
Responsibilities:
• Performed material inspection in receiving material section.
• Witnessed RV testing as per API RP 576.
• Witnessed testing of lifting gear and Lifting equipment before using in plant.
• Performed welding & NDT inspection on piping (API 570) and static equipment (API 510) during fabrication and/or in service condition.
• Successfully assessed ammonia 1-6, urea 1-6 and Cogen by RBI implementation of API 580 in 4 years using Citrix / Capstone.
• Successfully replaced reformer header ammonia 1 & 3 during RBI assessment.

• Successfully replaced 16”,18”,30” gas line during annual inspection by ASME B31.3.

• Inspection 6 unit of HRSG and 2 unit of auxiliary boiler.
• Performing NDT inspection of 6 gas turbine unit including electric generator.
