I have over 10 years of experience as Mechanical Engineer.
My current position has specialty in analysis for conditioning monitoring. Condition monitoring including vibration and ultrasound analysis for most of rotating equipment, thermography and motor current inspection for electric motor and electrical panel, and lube oil analysis for most of engine and turbine.
Meanwhile, my previous experience is taking apart in EPC company. In general, I experienced taking care of mechanical equipment in project for fertilizer, refinery, power plant, and gas station plant. Specifically, I usually managing static equipment, such as tank, vessel, filter, and rotating equipment, such as compressor, pump, and HVAC equipment.
I’m quite familiar with process flow of EPC company, starting from FEED document, Proposal, Engineering stage up to Pre-Commissioning before the plant fully operate. I’m also familiar with some engineering software for designing, calculating, and simulating.
Work Experience
Predictive Maintenance is one of the main business by Adikari. Condition monitoring is included Vibration, Thermography, Motor Current, Lube Oil, and Ultrasound Analysis.
Responsible for basic design engineering for HVAC selection.
I was involved with one of Sudarta’s project, Facility of Transport, Storage, and Regasification of LNG for PLTG at Sambera. Responsible for Engineering Documents especially for mechanical equipments. Review the engineering documents that produced by Contractor. Produce some of engineering documents, such as data sheet, calculation sheet, general specification, and general drawing. Produce Material Take Off for all mechanical equipment in the plant.
I was involved in Ammonia Urea Plant project for the most years. I was involved in that project from engineering stage until pre-commissioning of the plant. I was assigned as Field Engineer/Mechanical Engineer for HVAC system for Urea Storage. Responsible for designing of the system and selection of each equipment in the system. Responsible for performance of the system, that should maintain the condition (Relative Humidity and Temperature) of air inside the storage.
I was involved in one of the company’s projects. The project is a sleeper car. The train is specifically used for long trips in a country with a very hot climate. Responsible for designing of the HVAC system in the train. Perform an estimation for heat load inside the train, selection of HVAC units, and design the ducting for air circulation.
