2. Perform OBC (Operating Basic Care) in pump process
3. Troubleshooting issues in production equipment & process
4. Monitor and Make sure quality & quantity production when process running normal, safely, and smooth with proper data an approved format accordance with SOP
5. Preparation after trip or planning shutdown with team electrical, technical, instrument and mechanic for leak test, stroke check, interlock systen
6. Monitor DCS like flow chemical, interlock, temperature, flow, pressure, purity product with SOP

My duties and responsibilities:
1. Completing logsheets and reporting every shift.
2. Start and stop High Pressure Compressor and Low Pressure Compressor.
3. Testing purity H2 with a GC (Gas Chromatograph).
4. Controling production capacity and coordinating cylinders, pallets, and trailers deliveries are all part of the job.
5. Make a cercitifacte product for cylinders, pallets, and trailer H2.
6. Make a pass and monitor the position of the H2 trailer until it returns to the plant
7. Move filled cylinders and pallets to the designated places using a forklift

1. Training general for process Naptha Cracker (Hot, Cold, Utility Section) and weekly test for look understanding for lesson
2. Reading PFD, PnId, Troubleshooting, Interlock Sytem for preparation commissioning and prepare running normal operation
3. Studying for analysy report for preparation start-up
4. Preparation for basic training mandatory startup and shutdown (O2 Free, N2 Free, Pressurize, Heating up) so that equipment clean impurities and startup normal after that stabilizing process to get target operational
5. Precommissioning project like to walkdown, hydrotest, airblow, and pneumatic
6. Checking and witness tray tower
