Duties and responsibilities during Commissioning
- Assist the project engineer in checking a monitoring the contractor job during plant erection, to ensure plant in accordance with the piping and instrumentation diagram.
- Monitoring and record the contractor’s job for: Chemicals and mechanical cleaning, loading catalyst (hydrogen reactor, PSA, Hydrogenation reactor, polishing reactor), hydro test, pressure and vacuum test.
- Monitoring and recording personnel mechanic to install internal column (demister, distributor, collector, chimney tray, sieve tray, bubble cap tray, valve tray, structure and random packing).
- Conduct: Water flushing, air blowing, steam flushing, pressure test, and vacuum test.
- Assist instrument personnel: loop test and simulation trip setting.
- Field operator commissioning equipment, include : Centrifugal compressor, vacuum System, (Centrifugal – Rot jet – Piston – Diaphragm – Dosing – multistage plunger) Pump, Pressure Swing Adsorption and Burner PLC
