Role Overview

• As an IT Support & Apps Developer Intern at Global Kerja, you will gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining applications that support recruitment, training, and career development.
• You will also provide technical support to ensure smooth operations across our digital platforms.
• This internship is designed to build your skills and prepare you for a professional career in IT development and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development
• Assist in coding, testing, and debugging mobile/web applications.
• Support integration of recruitment and training modules into apps.
• Contribute to UI/UX improvements for multilingual audiences (Bahasa Indonesia, Arabic, English).

IT Support

•  Provide technical assistance to staff and users.
• Troubleshoot issues.
• Document solutions and create user guides.

Programming & Maintenance

• Write clean, efficient code under supervision.
• Update apps with new features and security patches.
• Collaborate with senior developers on system improvements.

Career Development

• Participate in Global Kerja workshops and training sessions.
• Work on real-world projects aligned with recruitment and career growth.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, or Kotlin).
• Familiarity with mobile app frameworks (Android Studio, Flutter, React Native).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a multicultural environment.
