Country location: Middle East – UAE

Experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Supervise site operations, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project plans.
• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress against milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
• Resolve construction-related issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction management, with proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry practices.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications (PMP, RICS, or equivalent).
• Experience in high-rise, infrastructure, or oil & gas construction projects.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
