Role Overview

Global Kerja is seeking a Freelancer Apps Developer to design, build, and maintain mobile applications (Android & iOS) that support our recruitment and career development platform. This role is ideal for independent developers who want to contribute to international projects in the oil & gas, training, and career development sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications (Android/iOS) integrated with www.globalkerja.com
• Implement features such as job listings, candidate profiles, training modules, and notifications.
• Ensure multilingual support (English, Bahasa Indonesia, Arabic).
• Collaborate with Global Kerja’s recruitment and training teams to align app features with business needs.
• Provide technical documentation and support for app deployment.
• Maintain security standards and optimize app performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mobile app development (Android/iOS).
• Strong knowledge of Flutter, React Native, or native development (Java/Kotlin/Swift).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Firebase, and cloud storage solutions.
• Experience with UI/UX design for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines.
• Strong communication skills,teamwork and cross-cultural adaptability.
