Role Summary

Senior Operator Offshore to oversee LNG production operations on offshore platforms. The role ensures safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance while supervising junior staff and coordinating with maintenance and engineering teams.

General Requirements (All Positions)

• Mandatory offshore experience
• High school diploma for non-senior roles
• Job-specific vocational training for non-senior positions
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering for senior and leadership roles
• Ability to work in a high-risk offshore environment
• Strong safety awareness and compliance with operational procedures

Project Scope:

• Project Name: Offshore Compression Project
• Work Location: Offshore Qatar

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor LNG production systems (gas treatment, liquefaction, compression, utilities).
• Execute start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures.
• Enforce HSE standards and conduct safety checks.
• Lead and mentor operators and technicians.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate production and incident records.

Qualifications

• High School/Vocational/Diploma/Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum preferred).
• 8–10 years LNG/gas processing experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of LNG operations and offshore safety systems.
• Certifications: BOSIET/OPITO, HSE, Permit to Work, Emergency Response.
