Main activities and responsibilities:
– Monitor the equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation such as three three-phase separators, gas compressors, distillation column, refrigeration package, pump, valve, scrubber, vessel, production tank, etc.
– Operate the equipment in Condensate Plant, Acid Gas (CO2 and H2S) Removal Plant, and LPG Plant using DCS
– Ensure the production runs well with the aim of safety and quality, monitor the parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, and level.
– Ensuring the following process procedure
– Active in the safety committee and review procedures
– Respond to any alarm, event, or accident quickly to minimize the impact of the unit and to prevent the spread of damage
– As an authorized person (AP), responsible for carrying out safety precautions, including safe isolation and restoration of mechanical plant and apparatus
– Communication and or coordination with plant operators, shift supervisor, maintenance team, and HSE department to ensure cooperation for all operational activities, including periodic switching/confirmation test, if any
– Preparation and periodical review of Standard Operating Procedures for systems and or unit operations

Main activities and responsibilities:
– Take samples of soil contaminated by drilling activities and analyze them
– Restoration of contaminated land caused drilling activities until the land can be used for farming again
– Collaborate and coordinate with the Government Agriculture Service for land restoration and Pertamina as a client
– Following HSE standard procedures to achieve and maintain the target for the restoration of contaminated land.

Job Rules:
– Responsible for operating & monitoring field equipment, in all field areas of the Ammonia Plant (including utilities & storage) to assist in achieving effective optimum operational status.
– Deployed in the field on a shift basis, have an emergency response role & must ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with QAFCO Integrated Management Systems procedures.
– Have authority to make field-related emergency decisions as per equipment operating procedure & handling of emergencies, and in normal plant situations, in consultation with Panel operator & Shift Supervisor.
Main Activities & Responsibilities:
– Operate field equipment in accordance with operating procedures and approved safety & environmental procedures to ensure effective & optimum operational status of equipment. Make decisions to stop/start equipment based on experience & abnormal situations.
– Monitor & log all operating parameters to ensure operations are within normal limits, that all irregularities are reported to Panel Operator for advice and/or Shift Supervisor for solution.
– Develop an understanding of all operational procedures and practices to ensure readiness & capability to effectively operate all field areas of the plant.
– Provide immediate first-line response capability in the event of emergencies or major incidents to eliminate or limit potential loss or damage to people, assets & the environment. Make appropriate decisions considering the situation.
– Perform & adhere to housekeeping procedures to maintain a safe, clean & neat work environment.
