Senior Instrument & Control Technician | PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia, 2×1000 MW Ultra‑Supercritical Power Plant – Batang, Indonesia (2019‑Present)
•Lead Level‑4 maintenance and Tier‑2 troubleshooting on DCS / critical ESD / F&G; perform SOE analysis and logic forcing on Ovation DCS and ControlLogix 5000 PLC in line with MOC.
•Isolate, calibrate and certify field transmitters (pressure, flow, level, temperature) and shutdown / control valves with ADITEL 762 automatic calibrator or Manual Calibration (using Fluke 744 Documenting, Fluke Pressure Module, Hand Pump) and HART communicator; generate calibration reports in SAP PM.
•Maintain and troubleshoot online process analyzers (pH, conductivity, ORP, silica, dissolved oxygen) and portable gas chromatographs; calibrate CEMS analyzer (Thermo Scientific) periodically and assist vendor for RATA (Relative Accuracy Test Audit) test of analyzer then compile emission data to Environment Department to create reports to environmental government for compliance.
•Overhaul turbomachinery vibration monitoring (Bently Nevada 3500, Shinkawa VM‑5) and calibrate GCV Mitsubishi turbines, ensuring trip limits per OEM standards.
•Tune boiler and turbine PID loops; create historical trends and alarm analysis to optimize control performance and reduce nuisance trips
•Review P&IDs, GA drawings and C&E charts to plan outage work packs; execute integrity‑critical jobs under PTW, guiding contractor teams and mentoring three junior I&C technicians.
•Uses test equipment and hand tools necessary to troubleshoot and maintain field devices and systems in the plant (Pneumatic, HART Communicator Emerson 475, Meriam MFC 5150, Yokogawa YHC 515) and Current Source (Aditel 209, Fluke 707)
