I have 14 years experience in RF Network Optimization (2G/3G/4G) and 1 year experience in VSAT (Hughes and Shiron) while my current position is RNO Engineer for NPM Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Managed Service in Indonesia.

I am familiar with Business Objects, ENM, ENIQ, SecureCRT, WinFIOL, Moshell, Citrix, Cognitive Software (DOP, Query Builder), NetAn, NetAct, Huawei PRS, U2K, and Smartcare. I am aware of database to collect the performance data through dbVisualizer, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL. I am also familiar with Hughes and Shiron in VSAT system.

4.       Customer Experience Management and Customer Complain Handling.

5.       Crowd source (Facebook, Tutela, Open Signal) and TNPS Analysis.

6.       1 year experience in VSAT system (Hughes & Shiron).
