Position Overview

Web Developer Intern – Position Overview

The Web Developer Intern will play a key role in developing and maintaining HTML-based web applications for AI Global Kerja’s IT projects. This internship emphasizes front-end development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, while also offering exposure to back-end programming using PHP or Python. Interns will gain practical experience in building responsive, user-friendly interfaces and integrating them with secure databases and server systems.

Key Responsibilities

• HTML Development: Create structured, accessible, and responsive web pages.
• Front-End Design: Implement CSS styling and JavaScript interactivity for dynamic user experiences.
• Back-End Integration: Support server-side logic and connect applications to MySQL or MongoDB databases.
• Website Maintenance: Update content, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure optimal performance.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct QA checks to improve functionality and user experience.
• Collaboration: Work with IT administrators and project managers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Documentation: Prepare technical notes and user guides for project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Basic knowledge of PHP and Python.
  • Familiarity with frameworks (React, Django, Laravel).
  • Understanding of databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving, teamwork, and communication abilities.
• Languages: English required; Arabic preferred.

Internship Details

• Location: Global
• Duration: 8–12 weeks (Summer Internship Program)
• Schedule: Full-time, rotational shifts possible
