Key Responsibilities

  • Bid analysis & negotiation Participate as the contract proponent representative in analyzing bid responses, negotiating offers, and preparing counteroffers.
  • Contract sourcing & prequalification Identify potential contractors, conduct service valuations, and manage prequalification processes.
  • Contract administration Assist in procurement, prepare company estimates, review documentation, and ensure technical accuracy.
  • Performance monitoring Track contractor activities, process invoices, maintain logs, and plan corrective actions for deficiencies.
  • Documentation & compliance Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Stakeholder communication Liaise with project managers, legal teams, and external vendors to resolve disputes and align contract terms with project goals.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in contract management, preferably in oil & gas or petrochemicals.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (ideally SAP), invoice verification, and contracting practices.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and multicultural collaboration abilities.
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
