Role Overview

• The Business Development will spearhead growth initiatives for architecture, engineering, and interior design projects across Qatar and the wider Middle East.
• This role requires a strategic leader with strong industry networks, proven negotiation skills, and the ability to secure high-value contracts in both public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and interior design sectors.
• Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with developers, government agencies, and corporate clients.
• Proposal Development: Lead preparation of RFPs, bids, and presentations tailored to Middle Eastern markets.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to strengthen project pipelines.
• Revenue Growth: Drive profitability through innovative business models and client-focused solutions.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in Qatar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or Business Administration; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of business development experience in the construction/design sector.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar’s regulatory framework and tendering processes.
• Proven track record of securing multi-million QAR contracts.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
